The Rocky Mountain Race Series
This is a five stop race series in Colorado and New Mexico, registration opens December 28th .There will be discounts for buying a season pass for the series. Slalom will be offered at four of the five venues, possibly all five just working on the final venue still.

May 18 - 20 Pajarito Ski Area, Los Alamos New Mexico this will have reschedule date in case snow hasn't melted off of 6/1 - 6/3
June 15 - 17 Crested Butte Ski Area, Crested Butte Colorado reschedule date in case snow hasn't melted off of 6/29 - 7/1
July 13 - 15 Sol Vista Ski Area, Granby Ranch Colorado
August 3 - 5 Powderhorn Ski Area, Grand Junction Colorado
August 17 - 19 Purgatory Ski Area, Durango Colorado
The Downhill courses will be challenging for the elite pro level races and we will either have go around lines or completely different courses for the beginners and juniors. In addition to the Downhill race we will be offering slalom racing at 4 of 5 of the venues.
As for the cross country discipline we will have courses both on and off the ski areas for the pros and category 1 racers. We will also be offering up short track racing for the endurance competitions. A few of the short tracks will be run under the “ missing out format” that means the last racer across the line will be pulled from the race on each and every lap, until it comes down to the last two racers.

Refund and Transfer Policy
We reserve the right to review refunds on an individual basis. We will refund up to 85% of online registration fees if the request is made 10 days prior to the scheduled competition. Any request coming in within 10 days of the schedule competiton date will be reviewed on an indivdiual basis, with no more than 75% of the entry fee being returned. We will give more consideration to refunds for injury that prevent you from competing in the event that you have paid for. We will not refund for injuries that happen during practice or competition at the event.
If you would perfer to transfer your entry fee to a later race scheduled in the series due to injury prior to the event weekend this will be allowed and evaluated on an individual basis. Tranfering your entry fee to another racers isnot allowed under any circumtances.

1200pm to 3:00pm - Cat.2/3 and Jr. 8/16 DH Practice
3:00pm to 4:00pm - Open DH practice (All categories)
7:00am -4:00pm - Onsite Registration and Packet pick up
8:00am - 1:00pm - Cross Country Racing specific race times by category will be announced the week of the individual events.
2:00pm to 3:00pm - XC Awards
9:00am to 11:00am - Cat 2/3 and Jr. DH practice AND PRO Cat.1 & JR. 17/18 Slalom Practice
11:00am to 1:00pm - PRO/ Cat.1 and Jr. 17/18 DH Practice AND Cat 2/3, Jr. 8/16 Slalom Practice
2:00pm to 6:00pm - Slalom racing qualifying and Racing
